2026 Strength In Hope GolfTournament & Evening Event

Monday July 27, 2026

The Strength in Hope Golf Tournament presented by LMDG Building Code Consultants is back and ready to bring the energy to the green. Think friendly competition, standout prizes, and a community united for something bigger than the game. It’s a day filled with purpose, connection, and impact that goes far beyond the final putt. Gather your foursome, lock in your spot, and join us for a tournament that truly makes every swing count!

Early Bird Opens on May 1st, 2026

The Strength in Hope Golf Tournament is more than a day on the green—it’s a powerful gathering rooted in heart, legacy, and impact. Hosted annually by the Kristian Domingo Foundation, this tournament unites golfers, sponsors, and community champions to honour Kristian’s life while raising critical funds for youth and families affected by cancer.

Join us on Monday, July 27, 2026 at the beautiful Richmond Country Club for a day of friendly competition, meaningful connection, and powerful storytelling. The experience continues into the evening with Fairways, Friends & Forever 11—a celebration open to both golfers and non-golfers alike.

Proceeds directly support:

  • The #11 Forever Award & Scholarships – providing financial support to resilient youth pursuing post-secondary education
  • BC Cancer Foundation’s & ANEW’s AYA (Adolescent and Young Adult) Program – bridging the gap between pediatric and adult cancer care
  • Canuck Place Children’s Hospice – delivering compassionate care to children and families during life’s most challenging moments

Since its inception, the tournament has raised over $400,000, supported dozens of students, and built a growing community of hope in Kristian’s memory.

Whether you’re swinging for a cause, sponsoring a hole, or joining us for the evening celebration—your presence drives impact and keeps Kristian’s legacy strong.

What is Fairways, Friends & Forever 11?

It’s the soul of our tournament — a moment to pause, come together, and reflect on the deeper purpose behind this day.

After a fun-filled afternoon on the course, we gather to celebrate not just our players, winners, or sponsors — but the lives we’re impacting and the legacy we continue to honour.

You’ll experience an evening of heartfelt stories, inspiring moments, delicious food, laughter, and community connection. There will be awards, a silent auction, and memories made — all in support of young people and families navigating the unimaginable: cancer.

✨ This year is especially meaningful.
2025 marks 11 years since Kristian Domingo graduated from Vancouver College. Eleven years since a young man full of light, compassion, and courage began inspiring all of us to live with more heart and more purpose.

To honour this milestone, we’re doing something different. You can expect a few surprises — powerful tributes, new voices, and moments that will move you. We’re digging deeper, reaching further, and leaning into the message that has carried us every step of the way:

Strength in Hope.

Because when you gather with us, you’re not just attending an event — you’re becoming part of a movement. One rooted in love. One driven by purpose. One that promises to carry Kristian’s light forward, for generations to come.

This is why we play golf. This is why we gather. This is why we remember.
Because his spirit lives on in every swing, every story, and every life we touch.
