WHY #11 FOREVER?
Kristian Domingo chose to wear the #11 jersey in memory of his friend Mitchell Ho, a reminder of someone who lived life to the fullest despite adversity. For Kristian, #11 symbolized courage, hope, and the fight to never give up.
The day after his Vancouver College graduation, Kristian was diagnosed with a rare cancer. True to his character, he faced every challenge with resilience and never lost hope. Though he could no longer compete in sports, he remained determined, pursuing his dream of becoming a veterinarian at UBC.
